It consists of an ergonomically crafted ice which fits perfectly around the anatomical shape of the Achilles tendon. The pack sits inside an elasticated fabric pocket which prevents it from causing discomfort as it would when sitting directly next to the skin. The user then places the ice pack and pocket inside their sock next to their Achilles tendon, where the cold therapy works to soothe and relieve pain in the area.

This design allows the user to walk around and continue with their usual activities without having to forfeit cold therapy treatment.
