When cutting off the TIE of the hanging arm, please grad BOTH parts of the arm FIRMLY before moving them slowly to a stable position.
Failure in grabbing both parts of the arm may result in the arm bounces out and hurt people !
To adjust the position of arm, please open the cover and adjust the nut (see demonstration diagram from one of the pictures)
