It features a stylish rosewood and black colour design, and let you feel as if you are in a real rowing boat by making a wave-like sound with every stroke. The dual rails work smoothly to provide the user with fluid and natural motion, and there are two programmes to choose from: distance and time. The machine's advanced console features a Quick Start button to get you going straightaway and provides a great range of feedback including stroke rate, heart rate, number of total strokes, duration, distance and more. The machine can be connected via USB to a variety of PC software.
