The DKN EcoRun enables targeting various muscle groups due to the 12 incline levels, as well as reaching a speed of 10mph (16kph), which is ensured by a 1.75 HP continuous duty motor. The treadmill has a 42cm x 125cm running area, offers 5 quick speed and incline keys and is supplied with a console equipped with a very slim, blue back lit LCD display providing feedback on crucial workout statistics. It also enables the user to choose among 15 workouts that include 1 manual, 12 pre-set, 1 user defined and 1 heart rate and has 2 user profiles (age, gender, weight, height). The treadmill is compatible with the DKN-Run application that supports iPad Mini, iPad (2, 3, 4) and Android tablets (3.1 or higher and 1280 x 800 min. resolution). This amazing app turns these devices into real fitness consoles that provide many cool features including the iRoute functionality. Heart rate with the EcoRun can be measured via grip sensors or a wireless receiver (strap optional).
