Product Description

The York 540 folding squat bench is a functional two-in-one product which serves as a bench and a squat rack. It features a 5-position adjustable backrest and can be set from decline through to incline positions, right up to 90 degrees. Additionally, its bar racks have adjustable height and can be used for both the bench and the squat rack. On top of this, the machine offers a leg unit with thick foam rollers for enhanced comfort, whereas the additional storage space available is suitable for placing spare weight plates. The bench folds easily to save space when not in use. It can take the maximum weight of 250kg (550lbs).
