It works by forming a gentle seal with your vaginal walls in order to collect your menstrual fluid.You can wear it for up to 12 hours without any risk of toxic shock syndrome, and then you simple remove it, pour away the contents and rinse the cup before reinserting. You will receive a cotten drawstrong bag to keep your Keeper clean and safe when not in use (please note the colour and design of this bag changes with each individual keeper so you may not receive the same one as pictured.)
