The York Excel 320 front drive cross trainer comes with 18" stride and 13.5kg (29.7lbs) flywheel which provide comfortable workout and deliver smooth performance. Its functional 3-colour LCD touch display delivers workout data such as time, speed, RPM, distance, calories and heart rate to allow continuous exercise monitoring (its battery is recharged through pedalling thanks to self-generating drive system). With 32 levels of electro-magnetic resistance and 18 programmes it provides enjoyable and challenging workouts at varying fitness levels. For constant performance monitoring, the cross trainer features handle-bar-integrated pulse sensors, as well as chest belt with built in receiver for more accurate heart rat measurement.
