Its functional 5.75" LCD console delivers feedback on key training statistics such as time, SPM, distance, calories, strokes, recovery calendar, temperature and clock. There is a choice between 24 programmes including: 4 HRC, 1 User and 1 Race. Heart rate measurement can be achieved using a wireless heart rate receiver (chest strap not included) and for additional comfort the rower comes with large padded foot plates and padded seat.
