This fully adjustable Trainer has two workout Handles with built-in 1-1/2" wide Foot Loops, and a separate Door Anchor. Use it indoors or outdoors, at home or on the road.
Thanks to the ingenious (and simple) Prusik knot, length adjustments are as simple as sliding the knot up and down the rope. Once one loads the knot (perform an exercise) the knot locks onto the Rope without slipping.
No Cambuckles sliding over your arms! To attach the Handles simply loop them around the rope twice as shown in the illustration and the accompanying instructions - attached in seconds!
The Trainer comes with our 2-sided Full Body Quick Start Exercises sheet and with a Nylon Drawstring Bag for easy storage of your equipment between exercises.
