If the Green LED does not turn on when the customer clicks on the button :
1.Make sure that the batteries are placed correctly according to the polarity .
2. Make sure to use new non-rechargeable batteries .
3.Clean the metallic contacts on the battery compartment with a piece of cotton soaked in alcohol at 90 C.
