Thanks to the WaterFlyWheel you will feel as if you are in a real rowing boat, and since the resistance is self-regulating it increases as you go faster. You can choose from two programmes - distance and time - and the Series 4 Performance Monitor provides you with a great range of feedback including stroke rate, heart rate, number of total strokes, duration, distance and more. Since the machine is compatible with PCs you can connect it to rowing software to track your performance and even race others online. The dual-rails deliver excellent smoothness for more fluid motion, and the ergonomic padded seat as well as the fooplates with adjustable straps and the foam-coated handles provide the user with comfort. The rowing machine has been handcrafted from solid American cherry wood and finished with coats of Danish oil to make it very long-lasting.
