HOW TO USE IT: 1. Choose the ball you want for the training. New learners should start with the black ball as it is less heavy and softer. 2. Attach the rope to be the same length as your arm. 3. Attach the string to the headband and adjust the headband to fit your head. 4. Start your training!
PRO TIPS: - Train regularly to maintain your body shape and for you become an expert at hitting the ball wherever it goes. - If initially you are having difficulty to hit the ball try to increase the string size and start hitting the ball at lower heights. - When you are getting better you start increasing the difficulty by decreasing the string size and hitting the ball at higher heights.
