How often do I need to lubricate the running board?
The running board must be lubricated on a regular basis, depending on the frequency of use. Suitable lubrication will prolong the lifespan of the treadmill.
The recommended basis for lubrication is:
Less than 3 hours a week: every 6 months.
3 to 6 hours a week: every 3 months.
Any more than 6 hours per week: every month.
How to lubricate the running belt /deck?
The lubricant should be applied to the sides of the underneath of the running board. It should be noted that the board is tight and may be difficult to reach the middle of. The lubricant should be applied to the middle of the underneath as much as possible.
