The TKO Olympic Decline Bench is a targeted action weight apparatus for focused training in the lower region of the pectoral muscle group. With a -15 degree fixed decline position and additional lower leg support for added stability, the TKO Commercial Decline Bench is capable of both commercial and home based settings.

How does it work?
12 weight horns featuring labelled sections for differing weights allow for easy storage of plates and two injection molded bar catches allow for users of differing sizes. The lower limb support enables the user to stay stable and in place during exercising over the -15 degree decline.
