The Platform has a full 360 degree swivel design making it ideal for use in tight workout areas. The Wide Grip Lat Blaster Bar is included in the package and is used on the weight plate area of an Olympic Barbell. Why go to the expense of purchasing a full size T-Bar Row Machine and taking up vital space in the gym, this equipment is truly space saving, when not in use the only space used in your gym will be the Platform (28cm x 13cm).
