Indications: E-coli related UTIs (urinary tract infections), Cystitis, blood in urine, painful urination, painful bladder, low level kidney infections, prostatitis. Directions: For urgent bladder support: Take a teaspoon every 2 - 3 hours. For maintenance: One or two level teaspoons a day is usually sufficient.
