Sun in is alcohol free and contains an advanced conditioning system to protect your hair while it highlights. Sun in conditioners are light and less greasy, leaving your hair full of body with a healthy shine. Colour Suitability Sun in works best on hair which is naturally brown to blonde and is not recommended for very dark brown or black hair. (Darker brown and black hair may become reddish / ginger on first application due to the excess of red pigment in these darker hair shades). Colour Treated Hair Sun in is not recommended for colour treated hair. Colourant products which have already been used on the hair contain chemicals which could interact with the Sun in formula and produce an undesirable hair colour. Permed Hair If your hair is permed, or you are considering having a perm, it is preferable to wait at least one week after the perm has been done before using Sun in. Grey Hair Sun in is not suitable for grey hair as it works best by lightening the natural pigment / colour of the hair, grey hair has lost all natural pigment / colour. How Long The Look Lasts Finally, all Sun in formulas work best on untreated hair and the effect lasts until your hair grows out. Warning Contains hydrogen peroxide (6.0%). Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Rinse immediately if contact occurs. Wear suitable gloves.
