Each vegicap provides:
Iron (as bisglycinate) 20 mg Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate. Vegicap capsule shell: Vegetable cellulose, vegetable glycerin and water. A unique form of chelated iron (iron bisglycinate) formulated for maximum absorption without the gastrointestinal irritation or constipating effects that often accompany iron supplementation.

Directions:
