SMax is one of our brands that aims to provide low price to satisfy event or group needs and we have done quite well. However, we have recently received vicious feedbacks from our competitors who pretend to be 'customers' on Amazon. The features of the transactions that have been done such 'customers' are 1) they (perhaps there is just one person operating many Amazon IDs) place a few orders of our SMax headbands and wristbands on the same day within a time period i.e. 11-13 on 14/09/2014; 2) they misuse addresses that they find on companies house, yellow page or estate advertisement website e.g. rightmove, hoopla etc; 3) they leave us negative feedbacks claiming they never receive the order without prior contacting to check order progress (interesting, they use exactly same format and very similar wording in those feedbacks); 4) after the negative feedback, they go to Amazon claim to get their money back. To continuing providing our customers, you, the best price on Amazon, we would be appreciate if you can kindly ignore those feedbacks.
