These 100% natural sea sponges are an environmentally friendly and body-kind alternative to disposable sanitary wear.Normal bleached tampons tend to cause vaginal dryness and they leave tiny fibres behind which can cause irritation and lead to infection as the natural pH levels of the vagina become unbalanced. Sea sponges don't have these same harmful effects, and they're reusable so you can help save the environment as well as save money in your pocket.
To use simply soak the sponge in water, thoroughly squeeze out the excess and insert like a normal tampon. You can wear it for 4-6 hours. Upon removal rinse the sponge under water then leave it to soak in a tea-tree oil or salt-water solution for 15 minutes, and it will be ready to use again. You get 2 sponges in one pack and a cotton storage bag to help keep them clean and safe when you're not using them.
