Step 1

• Ensure the test is in date before use. Remove the test cassette and sample pipette from the foil pouch. The instructions for use are also printed on the pouch, which should be retained so the procedure can be followed.

Step 2

• Using a pipette: gently squeeze the bulb on the top of the pipette into the urine sample, then gently release the bulb so the pipette can fill with the urine sample.

Step 3

• Place the end of the pipette into the sample well on the test cassette device, this is well marked by the "S" on the cassette. Gently dispense 3 to 4 drops of urine into the sample well. Discard the pipette.

Step 4

• Wait a maximum of 5 minutes to observe a result. One line in the result window (C - Control) will indicate a negative result. Two lines (C & T - Test) will indicate a positive result.
