Product Description

The Reason for Lack of Steam:
1: The lid did not cover properly. The correct way of operation is "After the lid is capped, it must be screwed in clockwise to get it covered. And to take up the lid can lift the whole pot, which means the lid is finished covering."
2: Add too much sauna material result in the liquid overflows from the pot. The correct way of operation is "wrap up the gauze, control the volume, control the levels."
3: Does not use 9 levels to preheating, please use 9 levels to warm up. After steaming, you can adjust the gear to 6 levels.
4: There are liquid items in the storage box that affect exporting steam.  (Note: No liquid can be added to the storage box. And clean up after each use.)
5: If the problem has not been solved, please test whether the product is normal with a half-pot of clean water (But the premise is that cleaned first). If none of the above solves the problem, please contact our customer service staff
