Comprises two different multivitamin and multimineral food supplements, with zinc for him and folic acid for her, to help ensure that you and your partner are both getting the essential nutrients you may need whilst trying for a baby.

Folic Acid: Contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. The Department of Health recommends that women should take a daily supplement of 400 micrograms of folic acid while they are trying to conceive, and should continue taking this dose for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, to support the development of the baby's spine.

Vitamin B12: Helps release energy from food.

Zinc: Contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

For Women: One tablet of Mother to Be per day, orally.

For Men: One tablet of Father to Be per day, orally.
