Product Description

The Reebok Elements deck can be used either for stepping or as a weight bench, which makes it a very versatile piece of exercise equipment. It features support struts for the back rest that are metal coated in plastic to make the platform strong enough to be safely used with barbells and dumbbells. The deck has a 3-position angle support that enables you to step in the flat, incline and decline configuration and offers two height positions (20cm and 35cm). This solid exercise aid has a maximum user weight of 110kg (242.5lbs) and is supplied with a workout DVD and the Reebok Elements L2 resistance tube that provides a lightweight strength workout and is 144cm (56.7") long. Additionally, it offers internal storage space for weights or resistance tubes.
