Using one of the 12 Pre-Set Programs the Cross Trainer will automatically change resistance levels for you, if using the Manual you can change the resistance at the press of a button and if using one of the 4 Heart Rate Control programmes the resistance will adjust automatically based on your bmp whilst gripping the Hand Pulse sensors on the handlebars - plus it also has 4 User Settings, ideal for other family members. To help you monitor your progress the LCD displays Body Fat, Heart Rate, Time, Speed, Distance, Calories (Theoretical Calorie Burn), RPM and Recovery giving you plenty of vital information to help measure and track your fitness levels.
