The ProForm 345 ZLX exercise bike is equipped with a 9kg (20lbs) inertia-enhanced flywheel for smooth operation and provides a choice of 18 levels of silent, frictionless, computer controlled magnetic resistance that can be easily changed due to Quick Resistance keys. The machine is supplied with a blue backlit LCD display providing feedback on speed, time, resistance, distance, calories, calories per hour and pulse and offering a selection of 9 performance and 9 calorie workouts. The bike is also compatible with the iFit Live ensuring access to over 1000 downloadable interactive workouts. Enhanced comfort has been delivered by a cushioned adjustable seat and self-levelling pedals with straps.
