A by-product in the manufacture of Kirsch Liqueur, Cherry Stones have been used historically to help soothe workers after a hard days toil. They are incredibly versatile. You can warm the cushion in a microwave or refridgerate. Once warmed, you can simply use as it is for comfort, to help relieve muscular aches & pains, PMT and bloating or you can add a few drops of an essential oil such as Eucalyptus or Lavender. A few drops of Lavender at bedtime will help aid restfull sleep whilst the addition of a few drops of Eucalyptus will help clear a fuzzy head if suffering from a cold.
