Reducing sodium (salt intake) and increasing potassium intake will lower high blood pressure. • Potassium after exercise will alleviate cramp • Potassium-wise, each tablet equates to half a large banana. ONE A DAY Take 2 tablets per day with food. Up to 4 tablets may be taken after physical exercise. Each tablet provides 200mg potassium (10% EC RDA) and 50mg Vitamin C (62% EC RDA). Vitamin C aids the absorption of potassium. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. This is a food supplement which is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
