What is the Polar Loop?
The Polar Loop Activity Tracker is a daily activity monitor that tracks your exercise levels, monitors sleep patters and provides motivational feedback during your daily routine. When combined with the Polar Flow online tracking tool the Polar Loop provides guidance and support throughout your day. The bracelet is designed to be worn 24 hours a day, is waterproof and can recognise the differences between various exercises such as walking and running. The bracelet can also be used alongside the Polar heart rate sensor to offer real time heart rate monitoring through Bluetooth Smart technology.

How does it work?
The Polar Loop displays real time information regarding the users current activity, calories burned and if used with a heart rate monitor, the current heart rate. When coupled with the Polar Flow tracking tool, the bracelet allows for analysis, guidance and graphics related to your workout.
