The Polar OwnCal feature provides statistics for the cumulative energy expenditure during exercise. EnergyPointer offers guidance on getting into shape, whilst the built-in Activity Guide and Activity Benefit provide feedback for your daily, weekly and monthly workouts. Further guidance can be accessed through the Polar Flow app and the Polar Flow web service. The loop can be worn whilst swimming, and is water resistant up to WR20. 12 days of data can be stored in the internal memory of the loop, which is also compatible with the Polar H6 and H7 Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensors.
