PhD Nutrition have created a new version of their best selling Diet whey bars. They have significantly improved the taste of the bars, made it into a 65g rather than 50g bar, but still keeping the sugar under 2g and the protein is now 20g. Its a more substantial bar, which is much more like a real chocolate bar, and comes in some new flavours.The fibre content has been increased to 8g which helps to keep you feeling full, which is what you need in a protein snack, but the bar is still under 200 kcal.
A definite improvement on an already hugely popular bar.
