To use, all you have to do is:

• Brush and floss as usual.
• Dry your teeth with a tissue and keep your lips away from your teeth.
• Twist the end of the pen until a small amount of whitening gel reaches the brush end.
• Paint your teeth with a thin layer of gel (be careful not to paint the gel onto your gums).
• Keep your lips away from your teeth for around 60 seconds until the gel is dry.
• Rinse after 10 minutes.
