The NordicTrack GXR 4.2 recumbent exercise bike incorporates a 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel for a quiet ride and provides 22 levels of digital Silent Magnetic Resistance, which guarantees easy adjustments of workout intensity. A 4" backlit display of the GXR 4.2 delivers feedback on crucial workout data and offers 24 workout programmes, while the optional iFit Live service makes it possible to access over 1000 workouts as well as exercise with the America's toughest trainer, Jillian Michaels. The NordicTrack GXR 4.2 also features the Interplay Music Port for iPod/mp3 player and the Intermix Acoustics 2.0 Sound system, which enables listening to your favourite music during the workout. The bike comes with the Dual-Grip EKG handlebar sensors for heart rate measurement.
