The Mueller 427 Elastic Knee Support is a lightweight pull on knee sleeve that provides support for stiff, weak, or sore knees. The support has two Stainless steel springs on the inside (medial) and outside (lateral) to help reduce rotational movement of the knee joint. The elastic material is breathable and comfortable for all-day wear to reduce swelling without limiting mobility. Open patella relieves pressure on kneecap. Fully trimmed edges offer durability. The Mueller 427 Elastic knee offers low to medium protection level and the brace measures 24cm in length and can be hand washed with a mild detergent.
