Product Description
Tools Required for Fitting:1 x 5mm Allen Key
1 x Cleaning Cloth
Fitting Guide:
* After removal of your old pads clean your brake arms of old brake dust with the cleaning cloth
* Then un-do the 5mm allen nut from one of the blocks
* Take note of the order of the washers as you need to carefully remove 3 parts
* You should have left on the block 1 x flat washer 1 x concave washer and 1 x convex washer
* Place this setup through the space in the brake arm so the pad is against the rim
* Place the 3 washers you removed back on the block. Convex first then concave and the the flat washer
* Then screw on the 5mm nut
* Align the pad against your bike rim so the pad is below the tyre line so it doesn't foul under braking
* Also make sure the block is not hanging below the rim. This will wear the pad un-evenly and affect braking performance
* When happy with the position tighten the nut with your allen key.* Repeat for the other side
Approximate fitting time 10 mins per pair.
