To warrant you not to slip during exercises the step board features eight nonslip knobs underneath. The feet provide six nonslip knobs each. With a width of ca 70 cm and a depth of ca 40 cm the step platform offers you enough space for different step and jump exercises. Preconceive some choreographies and intense your training by increasing speed or the platform's height. You can also pile several Mini Steps upon another. This way you save storage space again.
