How to Use: Do not stretch the opening of the waterproof arm cast cover, but gently pull the arm cast waterproof cover over your cast. Carefully pull it up by the corners as high as it will go on to your arm. With the help of your arms, gliding from your fingers up to your elbow, try to reveal any extra air left inside.
