SPF20 & 30 have got more sun filters - because of this it makes the formula oily. Evidently oily is technically different then greasy. When a guy sprays his scalp it would rub in leaving a non-greasy feel. When a woman sprays on to her parting and sprays some of her hair the oil will cause her hair to feel greasy as theres no scalp to rub it into!
