Heat therapy or Heat Packs Therapy is a highly effective method for treating acute sports injuries, activity injuries to soft tissue and more long-term chronic back injuries. It is also recommended by orthopedic surgeons following post op surgery. Heated gel ice packs can also be beneficial to those with arthritis and stiff muscles as well as for deep tissue injuries.

The compression wrap allows for the application of heat compress therapy when used in conjunction with our reusable heat packs.
