Lamberts Silica Complete with a complex of Silica derived from Bamboo and MSM helps strengthens hair, skin and nails whilst promoting hair growth. Silica Complete provides the full 200mg strength of silica in each tablet. Lamberts use naturally derived silica from bamboo extract as it contains 75% organic silica and is one of the richest and most bioavailable forms. In addition to this, MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane), a natural sulphur containing compound, has been included as it is an essential nutrient required for the body's production of proteins, many of which are found in skin, hair and nails.
