The Klarfit weight vest is a training device that helps you to sweat. The vest is particularly designed for endurance and strength sports.

Unlike the middle-class models, this particular training vest is filled with 12 weights and has a total weight of around 5 kilograms.

The weights are evenly distributed over the vest to allow comfortable circular motion for sports such as jogging. For exercises that do not require a circular motion, the weights can be removed individually to specific train parts of your body.
