Product Description

The Klarfit training bench is a beginner friendly sports device to efficiently train multi-muscle groups at home.
In terms of basic training exercises, the bank sit-up bench allows you to perform a wide variety of exercises that can be done in multiple ways to fit your individual style. The second focus of the device are dumbbell exercises.
The adjustable components of the Klarfit training bench (incline and height: see pictures) can be easily changed depending on your needs.
The center of the bench has two comfortably padded sections. The surface material of the cushion is made of easy to clean PVC leather.
Please note that the unit is delivered as an assembly kit. The construction period is estimated to take around 15 minutes, depending on construction skills.
