The Kettler Sinto P Exercise bike has a console with a large LCD display and perspiration-resistant keys that help you easily monitor your workout. There are 6 motivational training programmes included with the bike for users to vary their workouts to maintain high levels of motivation, the heart rate is measured with pulse grip sensors or they can be monitored telemetrically with an integrated Polar sensor (chest strap is not included).

The bike has been equipped with an electronically controlled magnetic brake and a 9kg (20lbs) flywheel, these two features ensure the Sinto P provides a smooth cycling simulation without any juddering actions. 16 levels of resistance keep your workout intensity maintained to a high level, they give you the option to constantly challenge yourself every workout to boost progression in overall fitness and increased fat burn.

For added comfort during usage, the pedals have been provided with secure straps and its saddle can be easily adjusted to multiple user's needs either vertically or horizontally. The Sinto P bike has also been provided with transportation wheels at the front for quick and easy storage for when its not in use.
