Also use as a mouthwash, facial and nail cleanser, skin rinse and household cleanser. Ideal for travelling, especially where water may be contaminated. Not for citrus allergy sufferers. Never use undiluted. If contact occurs, flush with water for 10 minutes. Irritation is temporary. Suggested intake: By mouth: Take 4-12 drops in a glass of water or juice, between meals, 1-3 times a day, (children over 8 years, half dose). Mouth rinse/gargle: Take 4-12 drops in a glass of water.
