With no drilling tools needed to mount to the door, it is so easy to transition the solid steel bar from door frame to the floor. It is a fantastic piece of kit that enables you to tone up and slim down, as well as building muscle on the arms, back, chest and abs (core muscle groups). Utilise your own body weight to deliver great results fast!

With the bar you can turn any doorway into an instant gym. Mount to the door frame to create the chinning station to perform chin ups and wide grip pull ups. Place the bar on the floor to perform push up's / dips, and lock your feet underneath the bar to complete sit-ups to develop your core.

A lightweight and ergonomic design enables you to move the station and store away when not in use. Foam covered provide a comfortable grip, and avoid slipping to maximise your repetition. You can also place the equipment on the floor to complete balanced push ups and tricep dips.

You can perform the following exercises with the Multi-Functional Door Gym:
