Product Description
GladRags Reusable Menstrual Pads are a body-friendly and eco-friendly alternative to disposable sanitary wear. They are made from a highly absorbent terry towelling and cotton mix with no plastic or nylon backings. This makes them soft, comfortable and breathable to prevent discomfort and odours.Each pad is made up of a holder (with wings and snap fastenings) and 2 inserts. Use just one insert for lighter days and 2 on heavier days. You can wear the pad from anywhere between 2 and 6 hours depending on how heavy your flow is.
For postnatal bleeding, overnight use or really heavy flows, use the Night Pad. It is slightly longer and has a thicker layer of absorbent material to give you extra protection.
When you come to clean your GladRags pads, simply soak them in cool water for a few hours before putting them in the washing machine with other dark items for a cool to warm wash.
