Etrex models without an x use the replacement battery cover supplied with part number 010-10267-00 to mount their etrex on the handlebar mount. Etrex models with an x use the existing battery cover (which has a threaded hole in the back of it) and the auxiliary clip (supplied in the etrex box) to mount their etrex on the handlebar mount. This is because the x eTrex models have expandable memory and therefore a microSD card slot.

This handlebar mount is not compatible with the Garmin eTrex 10, 20 or 30.
