Modular Safeguard foam cushion with unique profiled upper surface. Creates support and greater comfort for those at low to medium risk of developing pressure ulcers. Offers stability and cradles the more boney prominent parts of the body. Suitable for wheelchairs or domestic chairs. Non-slip base. Black zipped wipe clean polyurethane (PU) coated multi-stretch sewn cover which is water resistant. Fire retardancy to BS 7176:1995 furniture and furnishing (fire safety regulations) 1998. Two sizes available.
