You exercise without weights, using only the force of gravity. You change the difficulty by simple change your position.

For safe and easy attachment use a door corner, a ceiling hook, outside e.g. a tree or a swing rod.

By using the 3 carbines, you can use the eaglefit® Suspension Trainer Pro in a very wide range of different situations.

Due to the variable spacer, you can use the Suspension Trainer at a height of 1.70 m to 3.30 m.
