Filling Instructions:
Unscrew the drip tip from the clearomizer.
Fill the outer chamber of your new CE4 with upto 1.6ml of E-Liquid. Note do not pour liquid down the center tube this is for air flow.
Screw the drip tip back on.
Wait for two or three minutes before vaping for best results.
